Our mindfulness classes are designed to help reduce stress and anxiety, to calm the mind, re-set and relax. You will be held in a safe space while being guided with mindfulness practices you can weave into your everyday life. Online classes are designed for beginners although everyone is always welcome (if you are looking to deepen your practice).

Our retreats are set in the stunning Highlands of Scotland enabling an immersion in nature to unwind. Retreats include meditation, mindful movement including Qi-Gong.
